Develop and expand overseas markets, focusing on attracting clients from regions such as the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Build and maintain relationships with overseas importers, freight forwarders, and partners to promote our services (sea freight, warehouse consolidation, customs clearance, etc.).

Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose effective sales strategies.

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics, English, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a proven track record in overseas business development.

Familiar with sea freight operations, trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW), and international logistics processes.

Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel overseas for business development when needed.
