• Promote and sell our international sea freight services (including 20'GP, 40'GP, 40'HQ, etc.) to potential clients, covering various regions worldwide.

• Identify and develop new business leads through channels such as industry exhibitions, online platforms (Alibaba, Made-in-China), and customer referrals.

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored sea freight solutions to ensure customer retention and repeat business.

• Negotiate prices and contract terms with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of sea freight shipments, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance coordination.

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor dynamics, and industry policies related to international sea freight.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in international sea freight sales or related fields; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of international sea freight operations, container types, trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW), and relevant customs regulations.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken) to communicate with international clients; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

• Strong sales awareness, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales quotas.
