• Customs Duties & Related Fees: The above prices do not include customs duties, re-delivery address fees, customs inspection fees, storage fees at the destination, and return freight from the destination. If the consignee refuses to pay, it will be automatically changed to the shipper's payment. This clause is valid for a long time, and no dispute will be accepted.

• Deposit for Specific Countries: Shipments to Brazil, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia require a deposit. The specific deposit amount depends on the quantity of each shipment, ranging from RMB 1,000 to RMB 10,000. For details, please contact our business or financial department. No deposit is required for documents.

• Invoice Requirements: Invoices must include Chinese and English product names, quantity, material, HS code, unit price, and total amount (each product name on the invoice must clearly note the HS code). Otherwise, it will be deemed as operated by our company, and our company will not be responsible for any problems arising from our operation.

• Return Instructions: If overseas return occurs due to non-DHL reasons, the return freight and related return fees shall be unconditionally borne by the shipper. All overseas returns (including small packages) shall be calculated based on volumetric weight, and the chargeable weight shall be the larger one between the actual weight and volumetric weight. The return fee shall be subject to the service provider's bill, and no dispute will be accepted.

• Prohibited Goods: We refuse to accept counterfeit goods, liquids, powders, drugs, weapons, tobacco, and other products prohibited by the state from export. If any goods are shipped in violation of this regulation, an inspection fee of RMB 5,000 to RMB 20,000 per shipment will be charged, and the freight will not be refunded. No dispute will be accepted.

• High-Value Goods Fee: No high-value fee will be charged.

• Battery-Powered Goods: We accept battery-powered goods with no additional fee. However, it must be clearly stated on the packing list that the goods contain batteries. If our company finds that the goods contain batteries without prior notice during operation, an inspection fee of RMB 200 per shipment will be charged. If DHL finds it, an inspection fee of RMB 2,000 to RMB 50,000 will be charged, which shall be borne by the shipper, and no dispute will be accepted.

• Separate Customs Declaration: The fee for separate customs declaration is RMB 200 per shipment. The packing list must be marked for separate customs declaration when handover. If the shipment is exported without customs declaration due to failure to mark, our company will not be responsible, and the shipper shall bear the corresponding responsibilities.

• Duty Prepaid: We accept duty prepaid services. A handling fee of 2% of the total destination tax shall be charged if the shipper pays the import tax at the destination, with a minimum charge of RMB 150 per shipment. The specific tax and handling fee shall be borne by the shipper, and no dispute will be accepted. If it is required to change to duty prepaid after the shipment is delivered, an additional duty prepaid handling fee of RMB 85 per shipment will be charged. If the consignee fails to pay the tax, customs clearance fee, customs fine and other fees incurred at the destination, our company will directly collect them from the shipper and charge the handling fee according to the standard. No dispute will be accepted.

• Overweight/Overlength Surcharge:        The above surcharges are not叠加收取 (stacked). If a single piece is over 100cm in length and the chargeable weight is within 25-69kg, only one overlength/overweight fee of RMB 160 * fuel surcharge per piece will be charged. If the overweight fee for a single piece over 70kg has been charged, the overweight fee for over 25kg and the overlength fee for over 100cm will not be charged again.

• For shipments with a single piece length exceeding 100cm (including 100cm), an overlength fee of RMB 160 * fuel surcharge per piece will be charged.

• For shipments with a single piece actual weight exceeding 25kg (including 25kg) but within 25-69kg, an overweight fee of RMB 160 * fuel surcharge per piece will be charged.

• For shipments with a single piece chargeable weight exceeding 70kg (including 70kg), an overweight fee of RMB 850 * fuel surcharge per piece will be charged.

• Address Change Surcharge: If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete consignee address, a address change handling fee of RMB 100 per shipment plus the official re-delivery fee will be charged when the customer provides a new delivery address for re-delivery. The official re-delivery fee shall be subject to the official bill and borne by the shipper. No dispute will be accepted.

• Non-Stackable Shipment Surcharge: RMB 2500 * fuel surcharge per piece for the following shipments:        Since this fee cannot be predicted before shipment, our company shall be subject to DHL's official bill. If it is not collected before shipment and DHL issues the bill later, our company may try to appeal, but there is no guarantee of success. If DHL fails to appeal within one week, the fee shall be unconditionally paid by the shipper. No dispute will be accepted.

• Goods with marks/text indicating that they cannot be stacked on the outer box.

• Outer packaging that cannot bear the weight of other stacked goods.

• Remote Area Surcharge: A remote area surcharge will be charged at a standard of RMB 5/kg * fuel surcharge, with a minimum charge of RMB 250 * fuel surcharge per shipment. Customers are required to inquire about remote addresses in advance; our company will not inquire on behalf of customers. If it is not collected before shipment, it shall be subject to DHL's official bill, and the fee shall be paid by the shipper. No dispute will be accepted.

• High-Risk Area Surcharge: For destination countries where DHL operations are at risk due to war, riot, strike, or terrorists, this fee will be charged at a standard of RMB 260 * fuel surcharge per shipment. The involved countries include: Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Syria, Burkina Faso, Lebanon, Yemen, Venezuela, Haiti, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Israel, Ukraine.

• Restricted Destination Surcharge: This generally refers to the surcharge for countries subject to UN Security Council trade restrictions, charged at a standard of RMB 325 * fuel surcharge per shipment. The involved countries include: Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Burkina Faso, Lebanon, Yemen.

• Customs Clearance Storage Fee: If customs clearance cannot be carried out due to inaccurate or missing customs declaration documents, storage fees will be charged 3 days after the goods arrive and the agent is notified to clear customs. The charge standard is: RMB 42 per shipment per day + RMB 0.9 per kg per day.

• Telecommunication Certificate Fee: For all products that can transmit radio waves, such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, routers, a telecommunication certificate must be attached to the shipment. If there is no telecommunication certificate, a fee of RMB 50 per shipment will be charged; for more than 50 units, a fee of RMB 2 per unit will be charged.

• Third-Party Customs Clearance Surcharge: This price does not include the third-party customs clearance surcharge, which has a minimum of RMB 100 per shipment. The final fee shall be subject to DHL's bill. Since this fee cannot be predicted before shipment, if it is incurred later, it shall be paid by the shipper. No dispute will be accepted. For example, if the tracking shows that the consignee designates a customs clearance agent to handle customs clearance, a third-party customs clearance surcharge will be incurred.
